New pics

Jonah started preschool last week. He absolutely loves it! I can't believe he's old enough to be going to preschool. There is also a pic of cousins Jonah, Kambel, and Ruthie. For those who have been waiting for recent photos of Jack, here they are. He has been such a good baby and fits right into our family. We couldn't be happier!

Baby Jack is here!

We are super excited to announce the new arrival of Jack Thomas Rauckman. Born Aug. 20 @ 9:31 p.m. 9lbs. 50z. 20 1/2 in. Both mom and baby are doing well. Jack had a difficult time entering the world. 17 hours of labor, 3 hours of pushing. I ended up having an assisted vacuum delivery. Thank God that worked, otherwise the next step would have been a c-section. I guess I really know how to grow my babies big! Anyway, all was worth it and Jack is pefect. Big Brother Jonah loves his new brother. He's always kissing him and saying how cute he is. I can't believe I'm the mother of 2 boys. We are so blessed!

Baby update

Well, tomorrow I will be 38 weeks pregnant. I had a Dr. appt. today. I'm only dialated to 1 1/2 and 50% effaced. The baby is still really up high, I haven't dropped. I have an ultrasound scheduled for next monday. I also scheduled my induction date for Aug. 21st. Hopefully I'll go before that, but at least there is an end in sight. The Dr. thinks the baby is quite large, so pray it's not too enormous for my sake! I'll keep you updated.

Pregnant update

I am now 36 weeks pregnant. 4 weeks to go! The Dr. says I'm measuring 3 weeks bigger. She's suspecting this baby will be bigger than Jonah was. He was 8lbs.2oz. If I don't deliver before I'm 39 weeks, we will do an ultrasound. If the baby is near 9lbs. we will induce labor. So the waiting game is on. I hope I go early. I'm super uncomfortable and tired of being pregnant. I am still working full time at the point. We will see how I'm feeling after this week. So that's my update. I probably won't post anything new until I have the baby, hopefully soon. I'll keep you updated.

Jonah's 3rd Birthday

Jonah turned 3 July 17th. We had a family party with his cousin Mathew, who is just 5 days older. We had a blast! 3 years just flew by!

Jereme's Mountain bike race

Jereme was in a mountain bike race last weekend called "The Firecracker". This is the 3rd year he has raced. He placed 3rd in his age division!
